We did NOT get a nuggets we paid for, did not get the bacon on the sandwich we paid for, we did not get the vegetables on one of the sandwich we paid for, received picked when we specifically requested none on the sandwich. On top of that they had to correct the order several times and the visit felt like a stay! Hop onto the interstate and we're just miserable as the kids we disappointed. One of my most disappointing McDonald's visit to date. We feel cheated. Never again will I drive off without thoroughly checking for what I order and pay for.

The people here are disrespectful and unprofessional.
White Guy with the glasses and the black septum literally didn’t let us finish ordering. We ordered a few items, one of them being something we order every time we come. He said they couldn’t make that for us early in the morning. Then he finished our order without asking if we wanted anything else. When we told him we weren’t finished, he says “what else would you like then?”.
We pull up to window and he’s just clueless. So we just let that go and drive up to the pick up window.
Black girl with the glasses and bonnet over her working hat, terrible customer service. Said NOT ONE word to us nor make eye contact, gave us our drinks (3) ON TOP of each other with no carrier, and basically didn’t acknowledge us and rushed us out of there the way she was handing us our bags of food and drinks.
You guys have a job for a reason. Do it correctly, and do it with respect! There is someone out there wishing they were in your position. There’s someone out there praying for a job. There is someone out there who’s day just got worse because of the lack of kindness and respect given to them.
