  Have gone to this location multiple times and had one too many bad experiences now. My order is rarely correct. No cheese on my burger, no fries in the bag, no hashbrowns in the bag, the wrong drink… the list goes on. I understand mistakes happen and there could be miscommunication during ordering, but if the receipt shows exactly what I ordered, there’s no reason to mess it up time after time. That’s either complete carelessness or spite. Either way, Cabot’s Whataburger has lost me as a customer. The only one that seems to care is the young lady that typically works mornings. I believe her name is Veronica. Other than her, there needs to be some performance evaluations.

  If this is the one In Cabot it def is better than the one in Jacksonville Arkansas ...cleaner restaurant and good food well that night anyhow .

  The prices on the menu are not meal prices, they are just that item specifically. They are super expensive for what you get. Don't get me wrong, the service was wonderful! Props to the girl behind the counter. She was trying to sell us the whole menu. She was on it. But the prices are a bit much. There onion rings didnt honestly taste like anything other than batter. But the chicken straps were great. Overall it was good food and good service. Definitely will have to be an every now and again treat just because of the price though.

  I visited this location here in Cabot and was extremely disappointed. Some of the night crew was hanging out in the parking lot with their friends. The guy taking orders would literally run inside of the restaurant when a customer pulled up to place an order. There was also what appeared to be a cook with his gloves and apron on. He was also outside with with them. I also noticed a person in regular clothing with a child go inside of the restaurant. Once inside, she went behind the counter. Luckily, my food was ok but I can't imagine who prepared it, especially with all of the in and out activity. I also had to wait for an extended period on my food. This location is very unprofessional, especially during the late evening hour. The employees seem to do whatever they want and extremely concerning, especially handling food. And it doesn't seem as though Management care whatsoever. Upon reading some of the other negative reviews, I can honestly say that I agree with every single one of them. I'm a professional truck driver and I eat on the road most days, but I've never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. I hope they get a more caring management team for this location. I won't be back.
