  CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS: Ordered a Baja chicken wrap and a Chicken Pesto flatbread, and the order came out to $18.82. Upon getting my receipt I had noticed I had been charged an extra $1.88 for a tip and the total came out to $20.70. I didn't say I wanted to tip or not to tip, but they had added it onto my receipt without asking. The window person stated that he ALWAYS puts no tip when it prompts on the POS system, now whether I believe that I'm not so sure. I was directed to pull around and come inside which I did and the GM was there and was able to resolve and ultimately apologized. Here's what I'm confused about. I have a friend who is the GM in Oxford MS, and standard operating procedure is to hold out the POS system to the customer when it prompts how much tip or no tip. The funny thing is I would have tipped, and thought it was odd they didn't hold this out like they normally do. I find it pretty sketchy that they are now just pressing "no tip" on every single person that comes through even though there is a monetary value (despite it being annoying) to hold out the POS system to a customer. I say all this to say just look at your receipt. I am not trying to be a Karen and moan about $1.88 but at the end of the day, it's about principle and they didn't even ask.
