  Came here tonight to try the new BIG ARCH sandwich. We ordered on the app and set it for table service. Which means you check in at a table and they bring it to you. We'll not so much unfortunately. The girl at the counter just called out our number and when I went to get it it was bagged to go not even on a tray. Moving on to the new sandwich. Unfortunately I can't give an honest opinion because they left off the pickles. I figured I would go back to the counter and ask for some pickles. Nope, nobody in sight at the front counter. Even waited for a minute. Our food was good, but being a pickle on a sandwich guy I was disappointed at them for forgetting them and then not being able to request some due to front counter absenteeism. I will not be deterred though. I'll definitely give it another shot and at this restaurant. We do prefer this location even though it's further from the house.

  It is sad when you bring kids to McDonald's and the worker is cussing in back and you hear and see him. Our chicken nuggets were cold now they did have awesome fries.

  I got the huntrix meal and they forgot to put the cards in the box and there was a piece of metal in my nuggets

  It maybe more embarassing that we actually wait that long than it is that they take that long...idk nomo...but its truly sad that anything should take so long that we were falling asleep in the drive thru..smh.

  On March 1st at approximately 9:15 p.m., I visited the drive-through at McDonald’s and was deeply disappointed by the level of service I received. From the moment I reached the window, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I was made to feel as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The employee handling my transaction returned my change in a careless manner, effectively tossing it into my hand, and my food was handed out abruptly with little regard for professionalism. In addition, the employee’s demeanor and conduct at the window appeared erratic and unprofessional, which only reinforced the sense that there was no active supervision or standard being upheld during the evening shift. I fully understand that late-night shifts are often staffed by younger team members. However, that reality makes strong leadership and oversight even more critical. A brand as globally recognized as McDonald’s should demonstrate consistent standards of courtesy, composure, and operational discipline at all hours of business. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from an organization of this scale. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as maintaining brand integrity depends on consistent leadership and accountability across every location and shift.
