    The thing I love the most about this Subway is no matter the time of day I go in the food looks so fresh and the store is the cleanest I've ever seen. Even though most of the time only 1 person is working they all seem to be happy to be there. When it does get busy the staff works with intent to make sure everyone leaves happy and full. I have been to this location and have had nothing but the best experience whether it's Sarah, Anna, or Hailey. These ladies do an amazing and wonderful job. I hope that the big bosses know how hard the ladies work.

    Only one person working and only a thousand people in line. Corporate greed knows no end. There should always be 2 servers on staff at dining locations. Great service, poor upper management.

    We got 2 foot long subs, on our rewards if we bought one the 4th would be free. We expressed this to the lady who was working, i believe her name was Sarah. Her attitude was appalling, she expressed she's always by herself in the store when we tried to initiate some small talk and asked if they had her working by herself. I understand getting frazzled, but that doesn't mean you can be talk however you want to the customer. We even tried small talk to lessen the tension and just got attitude in return. She never scanned our rewards app and stated she can't give us credit for a sandwich we already paid for. Then when we went to hand her a gift card we had gotten she got another attitude with us and told us she doesn't scan it, we scan it (we weren't sure if it would work on the card reader or not). This was the worst experience I've had at subway, this was also the first time I had ever been to this location and I will NEVER be going back. I'm taking my business to the one off pine street that I usually go to, at least the employees are nice there. Also, the bread is stale and my husband had hair in his sandwich. So definitely not going back.
