The employee came outside to check on us and brought the food and drinks we had ordered online outside to us. Thank you for being so kind to my family. Sonic NEEDS more employees like you. Roll back the cameras and give that guy a raise for the best customer service served!

Having previously worked at Sonic for several years, I understand the standards expected for food quality, and it was clear that the employee handling expo at this location on 12/7/25 at approximately 3:00 PM was not ensuring those standards were met. Given that this was during a slower hour, the quality should have been even more consistent. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be choosing to visit the 2nd Street location moving forward.

Everything was great except the cheeseburger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. I didn't say anything about it because we were in a hurry. That's the 2nd time I've gotten cold food from them.
