Every single time I come through the drive thru I am met with an attitude at the speaker. It is obvious the employees don't take their jobs seriously. I always get parked and I have to wait forever to get my food, and when they bring out my food it's always incorrect or they dig through the bag. Don't even think about going inside, every table is dirty. I might as well call myself an employee, the way I be cleaning those tables. I would love to see improvement within the store. I don't have this problem with other locations. I am normally a McDonald's advocate.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s and order something it’s the wrong order or the food is made wrong. I can’t even call and complain about it because I get hung up on. If that’s how people run a business by making orders wrong and hanging up on customers then they are not worth my time. This McDonald’s is definitely the worse one of the two Cabot locations to order from.

We are from another state visiting family. We stopped at this McDonald’s and they are so nice!!! We came around 9:45 pm and everyone had awesome manners the food was fresh!!! Well done 👏 I am BIG on customer service and they do awesome pls keep up the good work!!

Did a mobile order. Got home to realize it was wrong. Drove back in traffic to get it redone and the manager was rude and only offered to replace the 1 wrong item rather than the entire $35 meal that was now cold due to rush hour traffic spending an extra 45 minutes total in traffic. Food was cold and rubbery when we finally got to eat it. Very disappointed.

Waited 25 minutes for a coffee, paid on the app so I waited at curbside. Someone came out to check on us once (by accident cause they thought we were a different car) after 15 minutes and I said I was waiting on just one coffee. That’s all I ordered. After acknowledging my existence he went back in and never came back out. After almost 30 minutes of waiting I just cut my losses on the $2 and drove away. Super disappointed
