I told them since it wasn't even started yet to go ahead and cancel the order, then I went to little Caesars down the road.

We get there and drive through just for them to tell us we are fourth in line and it would be another 20 minutes before they even started making our food. We ended up canceling because we have an event we have to get to not even 20 minutes after driving through. If I could give a 0 out of 10 I would!! Worst service 😒
