  It took 15 min to get our order. At first they told just to get our specialty coffees from the coffee dispenser. Told the. That we order Specialty coffees ( Mocha Latte, Vanilla Latte and an Americana). When I said that won't work for what we ordered they just looked at me like I was crazy. Then when I got my 16 Oz coffee that I paid for. Did not even get what I paid for. I get it they are new, but this facility needs to get it together.

  I ordered ahead and when I got to the drive thru I waited maybe 10min before the girl working the window asked me to go to parking spot 1. That's where I then waited over 1hour to still not have our order.... I watched the employees lock the doors and start cleaning up .. I called and couldn't get through so I drove back through the drive thru when I got to the window the two girls in the front ignored me.... But I stayed there until they eventually opened the window and said "can I help you?" I said yeah I have been waiting over and hour to get me order ... Then had to wait on them to find my order... Mind you they were not busy at all yet still forgot about the person they moved out of the drive thru... This is now the THIRD time I have had to wait over and hour for something I ordered.. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times given this is a newly opened establishment... But I will not be back. They need to get some actual help in this store. Food was decent but definitely not worth the service/time waited.

  Every table was dirty, the floor was gross, the kitchen was dirty idk just not what I expected given this is a new establishment in the area

  This location is the WORST Panera location I've experienced. I get this location is newer but still...their prices aren't any lower lol. I placed mobile order for Asiago bagels, get there and was told they DONT even have them. This has happened twice now. I had to wait almost 15 minutes in the line (wasn't even that busy, like two cards ahead of me), it's WILD. IDK what's the deal at this location but I've been twice and both times have been far from ideal, and Panera isn't exactly cheap...last time we got the bagels they were more like rolls. So, I recommend waiting another six-months to a year and let them iron out whatever issues seem to be happening, hopefully it'll get better.
