  Since you won't answer the phone, I'll do this here. Someone needs to contact me before I contact an attorney. There were not 1 but 2 tags or stickers in my husband's big mac. I only have a photo of 1 because he choked on the other.

  I come here every day after work, I work at logans. Every time I come by I get really good service, people here are not only incredibly kind and professional but the food is amazing, I wanted to thank them so bad while I was up there but I didn't wanna interrupt anyone, the food is 10/10 always hot and really good, this McDonald's beats the one on Alcoa by a landslide. These employees are so hard working they deserve a huge raise, I'm so grateful to be able to eat there and the food is always fire and so delicious. Thank you guys for providing this wonderful food every day, its worth every penny to eat here. This McDonald's beats all other McDonald's I've been to! Very yummy and hot and fresh

  Four times you have given me a steak bagel when I have asked for a bacon one. Four times. I can't even get through to your store with the number provided to complain. I shouldn't have to beg to get the food I actually asked for. It's insane. Also one of your managers has screamed at a dasher because I asked them to check my food because you have given me the wrong food so many times. Do better.

  Ordered two happy meals and 2 adult meals. We're upcharged to medium drinks on kids meal which we did not ask for. Asked for the drinks to be refunded to kids size worker asked us to pull forward from the drive thru while they do that. Waited 15 minutes before having to go in and ask for a manager. Extremely poor service
