I work the late night shifts, I visited this subway the night prior and was there at 9:30pm and was able to get my simple sandwich. I arrived Last night at approximately 9:20pm 10 minutes earlier to the night prior. Door was still unlocked and the open sign still lit up. As soon as I stepped in the door the Sandwich artist at the front told me they were closed. I was confused because I litterally just visited the night before 10 minutes later and was able to be served by the nice young lady all the way up to their closing time which is 10pm. The food and location are nice, But please ensure you and your team are following posted business hours as this misleads customers. If you need to close earlier than normal at least have a note posted on the door and have it locked with the sign turned off.

She had confused the other workers on line and refuses to make the sandwich the way I asked. Saying she HAS to put sause on first even though I say I wanted on after my veggies??? All around slow and definitely doesn't belong in customer facing jobs.
