New location experiencing the pains of training employees and trying to keep up with the constant rush at what is probably the smallest Panera I've ever been to. The coffee is dispensed out of machines individually like the ones you see at Travel Centers and gas stations except this one is actually really good so it's guaranteed to be piping hot when you get it. I love that they donate their extra food to shelters so nothing goes to waste as best they can.
Placed our order and after waiting 30 minutes went to check on our order, it was no where to be find. When we finally got food, it was pretty decent. Usually when you get soup, you get some bread, not here.
Will give it another chance at sometime
First time I ordered online, when I showed up order was not ready and had to wait another 10 minutes. They started to give me someone else’s order, then I was still waiting for my order. When I finally received it I had to remind them I had an unsweetened ice tea, said it several times and even asked the girl that brought it to the window if it was unsweetened she said yes, took a drink as I pulled away and sure enough it was sweet drove back around through the drive through again and told them then saw there were four cars waiting ahead of me so I backed up and went inside to get my correct drink. Then when I got home and looked in my bag they gave me the wrong salad, and gave me a sweet dressing for a Greek salad for the other meal, nasty tasting on a Greek salad. Very disappointed. This was my second time to this restaurant. First visit I ordered there in the drive through everything was perfect. This crew seemed very confused and definitely didn’t know what they were doing as I talked to 3 different people at the window. I will not order online again at this location in Bryant AR. And this one is brand new.

This was my first time trying Panera. I asked for Diet Pepsi , they were out. I asked for a certain cookie, they were out. I asked for the chibata dip sandwich that said new at the drive through, not serving anymore. 😳🙄. What I did order was expensive & not worth the price. Chicken salad sandwich is not as good as Arby’s.

I went to this location on Saturday and received terrible service. I went through the drive-thru and when I get to the speaker box to order no one answered me and then when they finally did answer I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. I went around to the window and the girl said I’m sorry my headset is messed up. I told her no worries I understand. I told the young lady I wanted to order 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. She goes back to her computer and talking back and forth with co-workers and comes back and asks me again what I wanted to order. I repeated myself and said 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. She comes back 5 minutes later and ask if I have rewards, I tell her no. She shuts the window and comes back not 5 minutes later and ask the same question again. I said ma’am I just said no. She still has not asked for payment. She then proceeds to ask me for my name for the order, I tell her. She finally takes my payment after 20 minutes later. Which was $28 and some change! I continue to wait in the drive thru while the employees are just playing with their hair and gossiping back and forth. I even thought to myself they need some training and a manger on duty, but then I see the manager and he is just as the same as the employees and he’s doing nothing as well. After about another 15 minutes the girl comes back to the window and ask what was the name on my order and what did I order again?!? I was so over it at this point. I was not feeling well and just wanted some soup or I would have just left! I tell the girl once more what I ordered. They finally give me my food after another 10 minutes went by. I looked in the bag to see if my soup was in there and I see 2 pieces of bread cut off and just thrown in the bag. I said whatever and drove home. I get home to eat and one bowl had a few bites of actual food, the other bowl literally only had 1 carrot and 1 noodle, the rest was broth!! No joke!! My husband thought I had eaten already bc there was nothing but broth!! I was in disbelief and mad at this point. I just said forget it! This location needs some training in customer service and how to properly handle there customers in a timely manner. If your out of soup just say that and don’t serve broth and make someone pay $28 for broth!
