  My experience at this location is usually great; this morning wasn't. I had a server to walk out right in front of my vehicle, paused to talk to another customer over in the next lane. My server who took my order was very dry and nonchalant. The young lady who handed me my coffee was excellent and greeted me with a smile! Everyone need the importance of maintaining professionalism across the board!! It's very easy to decrease in sales by simple mistakes as such.

  I made my last trip to this location in Saline County. The curly hair young lady working this afternoon between 2-3 was so rude & I was SO sweet & nice & gave her a tip on top of her rudeness! I'll NEVER return there because of her & I hope management take heed to this review and does not take it lightly.... She was just terrible to a person that's so super kind to so, so many....

  The staff is always friendly! Even tho it is so cold outside!!!!! If I could afford it I would tip everyone of them that have takin my order, made my drinks, brought it to me and those that have just smiled! Love this place! Could not ask for better staff! Good job everyone!
