  When you order food from a restaurant, you pretty much know what you’re going to get. I think the difference is how they handle mistakes. Do they make excuses or make it right. Last night they messed up my order. Mistakes happen. They make a ton of pizzas. When I called, the manager said he would remake it. And when I picked it up, he said he made it himself to make sure it was right. So I give him credit for making it right.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Domino's Pizza tonight. Our order tracker showed that our pizza left the store at 8:05. After waiting quite a while with no delivery notification, we called the store around 8:52 to ask about the status of our order. We were told the pizza had already been delivered. When we checked, the pizza had simply been left sitting outside on our doorstep. No one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell to let us know it had arrived. Our food had been sitting outside for a significant amount of time without our knowledge, which is unacceptable delivery service. We then called the store again and spoke with an employee to explain the situation. Instead of addressing the issue professionally or offering to correct the problem, the employee became upset during the call and stated that if we were going to make “rude comments,” he would not send another pizza. This response was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be spoken to this way when they are simply calling to report a delivery issue. A simple knock or ring of the doorbell would have prevented this entire situation, and the employee’s reaction only made matters worse. I hope corporate management reviews this situation and addresses both the delivery practices and the way customers are treated when they call for assistance. Like to add the delivery guysname was Mason.

  Last four times that I have ordered I have requested my pizzas to be pie cut not square cut and every time I get them, they are square cut. I have reported it to the management numerous times and have never ever been contacted or responded to until this time, I finally got to speak to the manager. He was rude.

  Aden went far and beyond to make our experience a AAAA+, called it in and they said 10 minutes, showed up on drive thru and he welcomed us and delivered it with the most heartfelt experience we never had, well done hiring such a great individual, will come again and again
