  The general manager they have right now is TERRIBLE! She came in in plain clothes and walked in the back messing with the workers. She asked one worker to make her a drink, while I was waiting for a to go order that was already 15 min late. She talks terribly to her workers and customers.

  Amazing first time experience! I'm not sure the workers name, but he definitely hooked up the meal he made for us. Wanted to leave him a tip but couldn't find him! Bruh is a lifesaver. Great experience, and the place was clean and friendly!

  Absolutely pathetic ordered food on kiosk didn't have what I bought. They could of at least put a sign out stating the foods that were not offered that day. Then they literally forgot one of the things I ordered and the guy at the cash register literally was like well I told them idk what their doing. Ran by dummies they constantly talk and don't do their job. I went here at 4:48 on Sunday.

  The last few times my husband and I ate here, everything has been decreasing in quality but tonight was an all time low. The employees were being extremely loud and cussing a ton in the dining area. I saw the girl working tonight grab food from the food prep area (without gloves) and eat it. They were out of all the fountain drinks my husband and I could drink so we were out the money we paid for drinks and had to get water. The only good thing we experienced tonight was one employee bringing us the quesadilla we ordered instead of the potato griller they originally gave us. We usually come here because it’s better than the Jonesboro locations but we will probably just go to Paragould instead after tonight.
