Terrible with a capital T. This is the worst McDonald's location in NEA. The management is rude and speaks down to customers. You have to ask them to refill your drink since there is no soda machine in the lobby. They act like you are bothering them to ask. The food was wrong and cold. The female manager (middle aged with a blonde-grayish ponytail) did not want to fix the order. She said it was only one thing wrong. An employee apologized for her and made the sandwich correctly. There needs to be more training conducted at this location.

By far the nastiest McDonald's ive ever been to. We dined in and let me tell you.... All the tables were nasty, I had to wipe one off so we could have a place to eat. I wouldn't dare touch the touch-screen machine to order my food due to all the nasty finger prints or whatever was on them, so I ordered from the lady at the counter. The food was horrible. Both my husband and my fry were cold and old/nasty tasting. My chicken nuggets were cold and my husband's burger was lukewarm. I have been to many McDonald's due to traveling. This one by far takes the cake when it comes to being nasty and the food disgusting. I will never return to this location and I will be sure to warn others.

Usually a pretty good experience minus MINOR flaws. But today, they crossed the line. I ordered on the app. The window lady asked to see the receipt. She read the receipt and looked in the bag and still proceeded to give me a 20 piece and medium fry but I ordered the 4 for 5 and the triple cheese meal. I go inside. Another lady turned in her order that was wrong. The order I returned was given to someone at the window without throwing it away. I was given one of the sandwiches the other lady returned. It was still wrong. I asked to just add me cheese n tomato. They asked do my receipt say it, after theyve seen my receipt 4 times already. I asked for a fresh sandwich since the lady returned the one they gave me. They gave it back to me anyway and started laughing. Everybodys bags were being switched between different customers. I have never experienced this and it was terrible and disgusting and unprofessional. The lady asked for a toy for her kids happy meal and the response was “you need a toy”. As if it’s not supposed to come with one anyway.
