Really I’m not downloading an app for a refund and shouldn’t have to how about not messing up the order and taking 4 months to acknowledge.

The young lady started getting an attitude when a question were being asked about a food item. Once again, I advised her I can't hear what you are saying. So, I asked the young if she could repeat what I had ordered, only then is when I pulled up to the window and asked her if she could repeat my order. I advised her that it was correct, I paid, then I was told to pull to yellow line and my food would be brought out. I did, once the young lady brought my food out, I checked my order to ensure I had everything I had ordered. I asked the young lady, did you put some crackers and mild chili sauce in my bag... she got very rude, smart mouth by saying "Did you ask for any of the items" and while checking my bag to see, she turns around swings her long braided hair with her hand and walks off, while I'm trying to talk. This type of behavior was very unacceptable.
