TWICE the guy fixing the orders coughed open-mouthed on the orders he was preparing right in front of him. No effort to turn his head or cover his mouth. Disgusting. Another lady came in and had waited 20 minutes for a large order and then they didn't get her order right and she had to come back inside. She was not happy and even came over to where we were sitting (never met her before) to complain to us. And I noticed there was trash (white papers of some type) on the floor in the food prep area. Management needs to tighten up. BTW, the place was nearly empty.
