  not sure how this place has 4 stars. the screens NEVER work here and its always slow even for just drinks. avoid. if sonic is going to neglect this one so much they should just shut it down also the tots are either stale or not cooked all the way.

  Ordered a sonic smasher burger. It SHOULD come with smasher sauce. It came out with ketchup and mayo all over it. I pushed the button to ask and they acted like I was insane for asking about the sauce. I decided whatever I’ll order ANOTHER one even though they messed it up. I ordered again and it was literally soaked in grease through the box even. I asked the super rude carhop about the sauce and she said you have to add it but on the app there’s no way to add it bc it comes on it 🤦‍♀️ I was just asking and she very rudely said “maam you have to add it” and walked off real shitty like . So I ended up with two burgers that were not edible.

  Placed a mobile order at 10:15 for two blast, drove into Bono to see the lights off on the building. Online and on the app it showed they are open till 11. We waited for 30 minutes with workers walking by us (the only vehicle in a stall) never said a word to us. When we hit the button on the stall the lady came on the speaker very irritated and said they were closed and that I’ll have to contact Sonic for a refund. This Sonic in particular is the only place that’s ever made me want to complain or write a review because this isn’t the only time they’ve screwed me over on orders. Cooperate needs to come help them get a grip or get some decent staff

  Its a great place,food service is good and they get it to you quickly. They actually gave my daughter a free route 44 because they forgot to put her fries in the bag. A person works with what they have. The parking lot is very clean. And spacey.
