Then after sitting for 10 minutes after being notified through the app that my order was ready They hand me the wrong order. They end up having to void that order to charge me for the correct order. My order had been sitting there the whole time, and now I have two different transactions taken out of my bank account. Monday the incorrect order went back on my account. I had called them Sunday night after getting home to let them know I would be bringing part of the order back up for a refund. The two pasta bread bowls we're mostly bread. They told me not to make the trip, that they would refund it. Here it is, Thursday night, and still nothing. UPDATE: Still no refund after they said they'd refund 2 of the items in my order. This makes 3 strikes in 1 occurrence. I will NEVER go back to this location.
