  Told them no jalapenos on my burrito, due to allergies and I got extra jalapenos. When they remade it I got a lesser value burrito. I ordered the everything burrito and when remade it was only eggs and a little sausage.

  We were missing a burger, so we called and they brought it right out along with a free small fry. The burger was cold, and I paid to add bacon, and the picture shows the amount that was put on it. Definitely not worth paying for. The onion rings were all stuck together and the breading on it was still soft and completely raw. We rarely get fast food, and this is exactly why. It’s not worth almost $30 for 2 people to eat a cold, raw meal.

  I was truly disappointed in the Chocolate shake I ordered from here today. The first one they brought me out barely had any Chocolate in it. Tasted like vanilla. I pushed the button they brought me out another one. It wasn't any better. Still barely had Chocolate in it. I was really looking forward to a Chocolate shake today. But didn't want to ask them to make it again. I definitely won't order anymore Chocolate shakes from here again.

  This is my first time at the berryville sonic. Me and my friend ordered two things on the app we got there checked in. Sat there for an hour then I decided let’s walk up to the patio and see if the orders actually went through. They said they went through and then immediately brought it out to us. Our food was cold I get sonic always has a wait time but I had to go say something before they brought it out to us and it was cold. So I know it had to have been done for a while.
