I've been there a few times and my order has been correct. Best part, no need to buy extra toilet paper
The 2 items I wanted were not in a meal deal so it cost me a bundle of $. I ordered a burrito supreme which is mostly beans and they were cold, so it was a huge letdown, the super taco was fine, meat also cold, my drink was no complaint. Going to Taco Bell is no longer a taste treat like when I was young, it cost a lot and the location is complicated to find. I say no, hands down, go elesewhere for your cravings.

I honestly don’t understand how this location keeps getting orders wrong every single time. Without fail, items are missing, cold, or completely incorrect. It’s become a pattern, not a one off mistake.
What’s even more frustrating is that we always have to drive back to get things fixed. This time we went back, asked them to correct the order, got home again, and it was STILL wrong. My nuggets were missing entirely, and the steak & guac fries looked like they had maybe a quarter of the portion they’re supposed to have.
At this point, it feels like there’s no quality control at all. It shouldn’t take multiple trips just to get a basic order right. Really disappointing experience, and unfortunately it keeps happening.

we order from here frequently. 9/10 times food is wrong, cold, and/or missing.
Man… I don’t know what it is about this Taco Bell, but they’ve got the BEST people in the fast food game. Seriously—whoever is running this location, take care of this staff. Pay them more, treat them well—they will repay you tenfold.
Every time I come here (and it’s not often, so they don’t “know me”), the experience is consistently genuine. Friendly, upbeat, and just good people. They even joke with me about my wild orders—and I definitely order some crazy stuff 😂
Quick story—my wife and I were craving something heavy, so we first went to another Taco Bell on Centerton Blvd… and let’s just say, completely different experience (not in a good way). From the manager down, it felt like customer service didn’t exist.
So I left and drove over to this Airport Blvd location—and man, I’m glad I did.
When I walked in, the team was already in motion. One of the employees had stepped away briefly, and the rest of the crew didn’t miss a beat. The gentleman running drive-thru immediately stepped over to help me at the register while still handling orders—calm, professional, and friendly the whole time.
My card even declined a few times (fraud alert 🤦🏽♂️), and he stayed patient—no attitude, no rush—just handled it like a pro. Meanwhile, the cook was locked in doing his thing, and the rest of the team was clearly working together behind the scenes to keep everything flowing.
And get this—our order came out in like 3–5 minutes. We were honestly shocked.
As I’m grabbing the bag, the cook smiles and says, “Man, I weighed them… they’re a pound each!” 😂 We all laughed. That kind of energy? You can’t fake that.
Something about this place is just different. In the three years I’ve lived here, every visit has been consistently great.
The other location? First and last time. This one? I’ll keep coming back. 💯
