  I got all the way home and they forgot one of our chicken sandwiches. I had to waste my gas and drive back so that there was enough food for everyone and did not even receive an apology.

  I just had the worst McDonald's meal I've ever had in my life. I get it, it was 3:30 but I swear they swept these up off the floor from the lunch hour rush. It is currently 72° outside and it is warmer outside than my fries were. Moreover, the burger was lukewarm at best. I had the opportunity to either have Sonic or Chick-fil-A I chose expediency and ease of access and egress over quality, never again. If this is the best at McDonald's can produce it's a sad state of affairs.

  This one takes the cake. I will not be coming back to this location. There is a long black hair inside my hamburger, absolutely disgusting. I do not care how it got there, and I don’t want excuses. If you’re working with food, wear hairnets and change your gloves assuming you’re even wearing them in the first place. As someone who works with food, this is completely unacceptable and flat out nasty. If you’re going to half-ass your job, quit. Whoever the GM is at this location should be fired immediately, because it’s obvious there are zero standards or priorities being enforced and obviously haven’t been in months. And before anyone tries to deflect no, it is not from me. It was literally embedded in the hamburger/bun. I’ll be contacting the health department to take a look around this location as well, maybe that will get the correct audiences attention.
