  I will never be ordering from this location ever again I have made countless number of orders and each time they have either forgotten An item or have given me the incorrect meal this has happened four times in a row. I recommend to use a different location for a delivery pick up or just to dine in orders.

  I pulled into the drive-thru, which has two lanes, and I was in the far-right lane with no cars behind me. I wanted to use a deal that is only available through the McDonald’s app, so I politely asked the drive-thru employee to give me a second while I placed the order on my phone. When I finished and pulled up to the window, I was rudely told that I should not be ordering through the app while in the drive-thru. The employee said this in a very unprofessional tone. Before I could even respond, she slammed the drive-thru window in my face and walked away. Another employee ended up helping me afterward, but the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I asked for the employee’s name, and I was told her name was Jaime. At the end of the day, I’m just a paying customer trying to get my food in a respectful and professional way. Customers should not be treated with that level of disrespect, especially when simply trying to use the company’s own mobile app and there was no line behind me.
