What's crazy is that the drive through was backed up with four people and there were three people inside. Some dude from the drive through came in freaking out after waiting 30 minutes. He asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't issue it to him. I don't think I've ever seen someone so frustrated. After waiting half an hour, we got our food and it was good. But I've never experienced anything like this before. There is clearly a management issue at this location. I wouldn't recommend going in the evening.
