However, when I saw that they had swordfish on the menu, I knew we had to go, as it's my father's favorite meal. The standout dish, without a doubt, was the kale salad. I normally wouldn't order it, but it was offered to us on the house. I smiled and thanked them, not expecting to enjoy it. To my surprise, we shared it at the table, and it disappeared quickly! Who would have thought kale salad could be so good? Everything we ordered was excellent. I had the flat iron steak, which I really enjoyed, especially the unique twist on broccoli and cheese. The croquettes were also given to us on the house, and everyone at the table liked them. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, we had a wonderful night in a beautiful setting. I love the trend of converting churches into restaurants happening across the country. If you find yourself in the area, be sure to stop by, ask for Tess, and enjoy your evening!

After dinner , we went to their basement speakeasy. The GM asked how we enjoyed our evening & if I enjoyed my book. He picked me out of 200 patrons which amazed me. He took the time to remember what my gift was, all while running a fabulous restaurant! Can’t express what a classy place this is to dine.
