Horrible, wait time was horrible, one person barely working the counter and I had to wait 20 minutes for something that should have taken 5. Needless to say I most likely won't be spending here again

I ordered a Togo last night and my chalupa was barely cooked. It was literally white tortillas and for sure not as advertised. This is the second time in a row I returned disappointed for my purchase. And yes Taco bell has worst customer service. No point talking to them. Last time I ordered a beans chalupa and they gave me beef. Im a vegetarian by the way. Hope taco bell gets a better management who works for the hungry customer.

Needs zero stars. Horrible service. Gave me the wrong order the. Accused me of stealing. They didn’t apologize and the manager refused to give coupons for the abhorrent attitude I received tonight. Will not be return. 💔

Yall genuinely suck, with benefit of the doubt I’ve given this local Taco Bell more chances than I should’ve. I never get the mild sauce I ask for plus some crazy old lady out essential oils into my water tonight… how do I even acknowledge higher athouriry ?

If you’re going to go to a Taco Bell, try to make sure it is this one. Bridgette goes out of her way to make sure your food is correct, while dealing with all the impatient and rude holiday traffic! I was diagnosing some technical issues for the store and during the three hours here, I have never seen people so rude to an innocent person for no reason. Bridgette handled them with style, courtesy and professionalism every step of the way. She was making food, running the drive thru, front counter and dealing with all these people at the same time!! THESE LOW LIVES WERE SO PETTY THAT THEY KEPT CALLING THE STORE FROM INSIDE AS WELL AS CALLING THE STORE TO COMPLAIN WHILE IN LINE TO ASK WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG l!!! THEN LIE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY WAITED. The whole staff deserves to be recognized for their efforts this evening, it was a madhouse in here. But I would like to especially note Bridget and her performance this evening it was impressive. Shout out to Bridget!
