My food was perfect, I got it super fast and the girl who brought it to me was so nice.

Used to be the king, now the service got soft.
Messed up two orders, got the ticket all wrong,
But the real big problem is comin' up strong.
Bit the Double Cheese, nearly lost a tooth
Plastic in the patty, I'm speakin' the truth.
Hidden in the meat, man, that isn't safe,
Total disaster at this drive-in place.
Used to be decent, now it’s a decline
One star rating, this is the end of the line.

Este día decidimos probar por primera ves Sonic pero al parecer habia alguien que no entendía nuestra orden y de repente alguien mas tomó la orden pero empezó a gritar al momento de querer confirmar la orden. Creo que no es necesario este tipo de comportamiento hacia los clientes, si no eres capaz de entrenar y desarrollar tu trabajo es mejor que busques una forma de lograrlo. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

The person that took my order was really sweet the food got to me fast but the carhop had a attitude I guess cause I didn't tip her cash but I tipped 20 percent

We placed a mobile order and pulled into a stall to pick it up. When our order was brought to us, neither of the drinks were marked. We asked the carhop if she knew which was which, and she said “uhm, are the bubbles popped?” we said no and she said “oh, well then i don’t know” and walked away. It may seem like a small thing, but that’s poor customer service to not even apologize for the inconvenience. Having to taste the drinks to determine what’s what is not something we should have to do.
