I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. During a recent visit to the Sonic drive-through at dinner time, I could clearly hear a young employee in the background yelling, “Oh my God, I have to [obscenity] cook that now,” after my order was placed. This was unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear as a customer.
Despite the comment about the food being “just cooked,” everything we received was both cold and burnt, which was confusing and unacceptable. There was only one other car present, so it did not appear to be busy. Every drink was also extremely watered down and lacked any flavor.
At the window, the employee assisting us repeatedly rolled her eyes, which added to the overall negative experience. Customer service should not feel disrespectful or dismissive. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it should not be taken out on customers.
I hope management addresses these issues, as this location could greatly improve with better professionalism and attention to food quality.

It's clean and the server was sweet. They have good ice cream and i like their strawberry cream blushes. However, I tried their new creamy mustard chicken wrap and there was a lot to be desired. The flavor or the sauce was good, but the chicken in it was tough and the tortilla was chewy in not a good way.
