  I am just a DoorDash delivery driver, I have never even picked up food here but that heavy set manager with the dark hair thinks she can talk to anyone any type of way. Maybe that’s why she’s quite older and is still working at a fast food pizza place. I have never had any issues with picking up doordash orders except for here, Basically I had my pizza bag with me ready to pick up the order and she’s demands she sees me put it in the bag. Ma’am why would I have it with me if I’m not going to put it in there. I told her I would in my vehicle and she said go ahead and do it now. Well on my end it does not say anything about they must watch you put it in there before you can leave. She then proceeds to try and inform me on what a job is. I have two of them lady so I don’t need your lecture. Stop being so miserable just because your unhappy.

  I placed an order via the Papa John’s app at 3:00 pm today, scheduled to be picked up at 5:30 pm. One pizza and one order of cheese sticks. It is now 5:50 pm and I was told my order won’t be ready for another 30 minutes because “plan ahead orders are not prioritized”. How does that even make sense? This may be my last time to order from here. No offer to make it right. No apology from crew member that I spoke to.

  Terrible place to get a pickup order. The place was full of customers and door dashers waiting for orders. I understand when they are busy and orders get delayed. The problem is pizzas are getting placed in the "ready" area and nobody is checking them. Me and another customer stood there an extra 10 minutes while our orders had been ready. Wake up Papa!

  We placed an online order (and paid) this morning to be picked up at 6 pm. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told by the lady in the front that they don’t prioritize planned ahead orders and that they don’t start making online orders until you get there! What?!? I don’t appreciate being lied to.

  We ordered online with a 15-minute pickup window, but the order was delayed by about 30 minutes, so we ended up waiting around 45 minutes. Since it’s a pickup-only shop with no seating arrangements, the wait was uncomfortable.
