  “So They can’t warm My bread a girl just wants hot bread they said no and if you look on the poster, it says most of all food should taste great and be made the way you like it, but they didn’t make my bread hot so definitely not the way I like it. I’m pretty mad that ruined my day.” -reviewed by an 11 year old

  My son's mac and cheese was dried out and not how it normally is. Called to ask if I could come get a new/fresh mac and cheese and they said no because there wasn't a mistake made. I told them it was a quality issue and was still told no. I haven't been here in a while due to poor quality but decided to give it another chance as my son loved the mac and cheese. We won't be back. The place was deserted so I'm hoping they close soon and are replaced with something worth a damn.

  Terrible experience at this location. First of all location is dirty, second when i approached the counter to order i saw a box literally on the floor and the bread was inside. However, I ordered a sandwich for dine in. First my name was not called so the sandwich was sitting on the counter and got cold. Second when i felt too much time passed and went to check i find my sandwich on the counter top and the top bun of my sandwich fell off and was sitting on the counter top near my plate. I talk to the lady making the sandwiches and told her that it was not me who made the top bun fall over the counter top. Especially since bottom of plates and bags touch that area, i expected her to make me a new one or apologize or something. Instead she tells me "yeah you can pick it up and take it". Very unprofessional and rude. Will not go back to this location. This happened on Monday Dec 1 2025 around 7:00 pm. Hoping the review team see my review and check their cameras to see how people are being treated at this facility.

  The employees ignore the customers waiting at the counter. I watched one "They" employee walk away from a customer waiting to place an order. The customer even spoke to the "They" trying to get their attention, but "They" ignored the customer and walked to the back. Don't even try to pickup your online order if the female with the longer brown hair working that area is in a foul mood. She'll tell one of the front counter slackers to hand your order to you...they in turn will begrudgingly give you your order after they slam it on the counter and walk away without a word. No thanks. I'll take my money elsewhere from now on.

  This place isn’t it. $17 for a bowl of Mac and cheese and a drink? Apparently their prices have doubled over the last couple of years but there’s nothing particularly good or unique on the menu and it’s all more expensive than almost anywhere else. For the prices, you would expect gourmet food not frozen and reheated. Also, pretty rude staff. When I placed my buzzer on the counter to pick up my food they corrected where I had placed it instead of just picking it up and putting in their designated spot that isn’t even visible from where I was standing. Truly horrible location.
