The place was absolutely disgusting, trash was everywhere, food was on the walls, and tables were all dirty to the point I didn’t sit down. My lettuce was also brown and the cookie was so dry I hit it on the table and it didn’t break. The service was horrible. That man walked up to the counter without saying a word. I said I need a second and he didn’t even respond. I took about 20 seconds and he asked if I was ready in a rude and half asleep voice. I would not recommend this place at all. I feel bad for the owner.

A few minutes later, I received another call from Panera informing me that they were out of Broccoli Cheddar Soup—over an hour after I had placed my order. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating.
