My wife and I had a fantastic date night here! Our server Vi was incredibly professional and super sweet! If you go here I highly recommend the churro for dessert. Without exaggerating, it was literally the best dessert I have ever had in my life...

Fantastic and probably the best sushi in the area! Highly recommend going for special occasions and meaningful dates. There fish is very high quality and fresh.
Some of their combinations can be a little intense but they're worth the exploration, you might find one you surprisingly love. The truffle sake was mine but there are other close seconds.
Occasionally I felt the additions or sauces were too salty or potent, taking away from the fish rather than pairing. But if you're not a 'fish snob', or if you're newer to sushi, then this note might be null. And, there is a solid selection of classic sushi without the flair.
The prices are high but if you are strategic and reserved you can knock it down a little. Was $300 for my wife and I to eat and get what we want (5 pieces of sushi, 0.5 appetizer, 1 desert, and 1 drink each). Note, we mostly got the specialty sushi.
Good service but you're probably not gonna get sushi expert. A nice atmosphere but still feels noisy and busy. Can dress nicely. Nice bar outside the restaurant if you have to wait for a table.
Overall, a solid 4 stars. 5 is perfect. I'm excited to go back but I will have to wait for a special occasion rather than a standard Friday night.

Two unforgettable milestones, one incredible restaurant.
Junto has affectionately captured our hearts and our stomachs! We have visited twice recently—once for our 1st anniversary and again tonight for our joint birthday celebration—and both experiences were nothing short of phenomenal.
During our first visit, we were blown away by the "pops" of color and unique flavors in every dish. It’s the kind of food that leaves you wanting "just one more bite" of everything on the menu. Our server, Penelope, was the absolute star of the show. She guided us through the menu with such expertise, and her warmth and generosity truly elevated the evening. We didn’t stop talking about that meal for two weeks!
We were thrilled to see Penelope again for our birthday dinner tonight, and somehow, the experience blew the first one out of the water. The Junto team went above and beyond with their hospitality, including personal touches like two handwritten birthday cards that made us feel so seen. The sheer generosity of the kitchen and the staff is unmatched in downtown Bentonville.
Penelope is amazing, attentive, and makes you feel like the only people in the room. Junto has our hearts, and we can’t recommend them enough for your next special occasion!

We had a rocky start--I called ahead and asked about reservations and they told me they didn't take reservations and that we could walk in. We showed up about 30 minutes later and they let me know there would be a 3 hr wait for a table of 3. Yikes.
We added our name to the list, and went somewhere else for a drink. About 45 minutes later, our table was ready and the manager, Dylan, and waitress, Joy, made our experience amazing.
The food was amazing, and after sharing about the rocky start, they made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be returning for the food and the service!

Junto was a mixed experience for us. The ambience is genuinely great and the holiday decor added a nice touch, but the evening never really gained momentum beyond that.
The food ranged from okay to pretty good. The Rainbow Forest hakozushi was the one item that stood out. Everything else we tried, including the rock shrimp, bao buns, and the rolls, was perfectly serviceable but nothing to get excited about. In a town with so many strong dining options in Bentonville, serviceable does not really stand out.
Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, but he seemed overwhelmed by how busy things were. Check ins were rare, and both times I needed a drink refreshed I had to call out as he was already walking away. Not terrible, but not what you expect from a restaurant presenting itself as a premium sushi experience.
Regarding the seating, we arrived early and were placed at the table by the door in an almost empty dining room. I rarely ask to move, but it felt like a reasonable request in this situation. The hostess declined, explaining that large parties were coming. Over the next ninety minutes, several four tops seated small groups and others stayed empty, including some that could not even be pushed together for a larger party. It ended up feeling less like there was a real constraint and more like they simply did not want to move us because we had already been seated. It was a small thing, but allowing the change would have made the experience more enjoyable for us and felt like the kind of thoughtful touch that sets great restaurants apart.
In the end, nothing about Junto was bad, but nothing really impressed either. Bentonville has too many exceptional dining options for pretty good to be enough. I am not upset that we went, but I would not choose to return when so many other restaurants consistently deliver a truly memorable experience.
