  I drove 45 minutes to this location because it’s the only one in my area that accepts Dunkin gift cards. I ordered a large iced protein latte with no ice and received a cup that was barely filled. When I politely asked about it, I was told that if I wanted more, I would need to buy another drink. That response was disappointing, especially considering the distance I drove. The turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was good, but the Wake-Up Wrap was extremely small. Overall, the experience did not match the effort it took to get there.

  They ask for a tip on the tap pay at drive through. This is inappropriate.

  So since the Dunkin’ Donuts location on Walnut Street in Rogers was closed even though the website said opened and I was really craving a delicious Dunkin’ Doughnut I decided to drive all the way to the Bentonville location Which I highly regret now, but now I know not to return to that location The donuts were small and there was like literally no thought or care put into making these donuts You can tell they probably just took them out of the freezer or let them defrost and that’s how they serve them because there was like almost no icing on the doughnut. It wasn’t even warm. I mean it was just the worst donut experience I’ve ever had like these donuts were the worst of the worst and usually Duncan does pretty good so I have no idea what the hell is going on On top of that, they asked me for a tip when I went through the drive-through I absolutely did not tip thank God I didn’t get a picture of the donuts before I ate them, but they were just terrible. The icing was dry. There was barely any on it. I mean the donut felt like it was sitting there for like two days with no love or care and attention.
