No barbacoa, or just the dregs of it. The employees were totally stressed, and the “manager” had not yet arrived. At the register (at 11:50) I asked for the manager. He was just clocking in, and I told him my concerns. Of how his employees were left to give sad responses for being out of common items. He said (at almost NOON) “I’m working on it” Demote him to prep. Make him arrive at 7am. Find another manager. Your store is a mess, and customers are Angry. In fifteen years, my worst chipotle experience ever. Shameful. As I left, there were 21 people in line, still one only line person and the “working on it” manager was nowhere to be seen.

The employee said it was too close to closing to refill the lemonades (11:00 pm.) Never heard of that 2.5 hours to closing. Employee had no idea what to do when I said gluten allergy. Employees were unable to keep up with the dining room or restroom, as the tables and floor were dirty. The restroom smelled bad and was not clean. No friendliness. General attitude was apathy. If this was my only Chipotle experience, I would never, ever return.
