  Service was great, manager stopped by to check on us as well. Had the classic chicken sandwich.

  Food was alright but we won't be going back because it wasn't that great. Nothing to rave about. The atmosphere was like being in a nightclub but in the daytime. Dirty.

  Wife took our son for lunch and then waitress only got one order out of 3 correct so she just corrected his then after she brought his food then she went and corrected mine after about a hour very disappointed in this place

  If I could give zero stars I would! My family 4 adults 3 kids (ages 6, 7, and 12) came to eat Sunday night to celebrate my 6 year old birthday! We were seated at a table with 6 chairs and they just pulled another chair up and called it good. If anyone that has ever raised, kids would know that three kids bunched up at the end of the table with their legs touching would cause a fight so I requested a bigger table and it took them literally 10 minutes To move us. Once they moved us, our server came with a trainee and they took our drink orders and appetizers Once they were done, we never saw our server again just the trainee. Our drinks were filled one time after we got our appetizers and then we waited an hour and 45 minutes before our food came out. When we made a complaint, they said that they would send the manager out and never did we had to go upfront and ask to speak with the manager. The manager came back her name was Chloe She was real nice and accommodating said that she wasn’t gonna charge us for this meal because it was stone, cold and incorrect And then she asked if we could come another day So she could remake the meal and give us the proper good service we deserved. She pulled out the schedule and said that she closed the coming Wednesday and that it’s not very busy and she’d love for us to come back for a free meal. Shocked that she offered another free meal after not charging us for the stone cold incorrect meal we waited almost 2 hours for I made sure that’s what she meant and she then again said yes come back Wednesday night when I close for a free meal and I’ll make sure you have the service you deserve. Why we wouldn’t get good service any night why you wouldn’t strive for good service every night is beyond me, but we drove all the way back. Two car loads of people for our free meal for her There, so the assistant manager on duty, which was extremely nice sadly I didn’t catch her name called her GM, who then was nasty and aggressive toward us and didn’t honor what his assistant manager offered. No, we did not ask for free food. No, we were not begging for the free food, but to be offered it and then drive out of your way to Find out that we were lied to is extremely aggravating.

  We came on January 18th on one of the kiddos birthdays expecting good service and great food. Our food came out ice cold. We saw our waitress who was training once the entire night. The trainee we saw twice. We weren’t checked on besides that. We were getting up to leave as our ice cold food was coming out. The order was completely wrong as well. The manager offered to remake food that night but due to it being late we declined. She advised us to come back another night and she would remake the food. We asked to confirm she would be remaking the food for free. She said come back on Wednesday 1/21. We showed up and the manager who told us that wasn’t there. The manager who was there was kind enough to try and figure it out. The general manager said no we aren’t remaking food when you got free cold food that got thrown away after saying I yelled at him when i didn’t. The general manager didn’t even try to solve the problem, he just tried to turn it around on our entire party. The kids didn’t even get what they wanted for their birthday dinner because of this restuarants shitty food and service. The owner needs to call me or I will never step foot into another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again.
