    We purchased the DIY sushi kits to do with family on New Year's Eve and it was a hit! Highly recommend it! The sushi turned out so good and we had so many laughs in the process of making the rolls. Such a cool idea! Thank you!

    I am very disappointed in the service provided. I had a reservation for 7 pm and arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm as we were running early. I went inside to let them know that we were early for our 7 pm reservation, and if we were able to be seated earlier, that would be great, but if not, we completely understood and would wait until our 7 pm reservation. They let us know that if they could seat us earlier, they would text me, but if not, our table will be ready at 7. Fast forward to 7 pm, I walk inside with my family to be seated for our reservation, only to be told that no table was available and we would have an additional 30-45 minute wait. We were given no alternative to waiting, even though we had checked in 30 minutes prior to our reservation, and multiple small tables were available. We were told the smaller tables were for parties of 2 reservations, and could not combine the 2 tables together, even though that would accommodate our party. I have loved coming here, and my family from out of town was very excited for the meal. I am extremely disappointed that no solution other than sorry, you will have to wait was presented. My family left and did not dine at Blu and had to find an alternative dinner location on a Saturday night.
