Was told the shake machine was out and that they couldn’t change my price back to the normal drink and i would have to pay for the shake i didn’t even get to have. Also order was wrong.

Yeah this is the best one so far no burnt bacon 95 percent of the time police during the day is the best time to go there very efficient and fast and the foods hot chicken always getting cooked booyeah!!!!!

I ordered 2 gyros and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich - ALL without tomatoes. I have a horrible 'allergy' to tomatoes and anything with tomato in it - my throat burns and my stomach is in distress for days after only a single bite. I normally check before consuming anything I order, but bit into my gyro while driving. As soon as I swallowed my first bite, I knew I was in trouble. When I got home, I verified my order, the receipt attached to the bag showed "No tomatoes" on all sandwiches, but every sandwich had tomatoes. Even the one marked 'Special' which tells me they KNEW it wasn't supposed to have tomatoes and chose to put them on there anyway.
It is not the next day. From that single bite, my throat is still on fire - even after taking medication. My stomach has had me in the restroom more than at my desk. 🤢 💩
Employees need to realize not every request is a matter of dislike. Some are medically necessary requests.

11/08/26 6pm came in to get my food, after I order the worker started screaming at the top of his lungs for no reason it did not stop the whole time we were there the shift manager seemed not to care. Night shift needs different people that actually want to work and be respectful.
