The order was not complete or correct. When I went in to ha e it corrected another gentleman and myself stood in front of the register watching people lean against the walls and counters. The gentleman that was there before me, walked out. I said excuse me, to no avail. It wasn't until I slapped my hand on the countertop that I was recognized and finally help with sarcasm.

First of all, we use to eat her twice a week, spending around $45 eat time, but never again. We went through the drive through yesterday, ordered $45 worth of food and went home to eat. After getting home,we discovered our meal was only partially correct. After getting the order wrong for the third time we called and asked for the manager and told her we thought as manager she should know our disappointment. Her exact words to me was “we are only human and if you don’t like it, there are plenty of other restaurants around us for you to eat at,” then hung up on us. What would you do? We, however will never visit again. Then what is worst is we contacted their corporate office and all they said was they would mail us some discount coupons. ???? Really, that’s an apology? Never have we ever been treated by a restaurant so poorly. I’m about to blow this situation up on social media so my advise to you is don’t leave the drive through with out checking everything, or better yet, don’t go!!!! Good food but worst manager we have ever encountered!
