  Food and service was better than expected for an airport location. The cashier explained the menu quickly and concisely, made the options clear, and was attentive to customers quickly to keep things moving.

  Maplehouse Egg Sandwich​ is amazing. Great service, super quick, guy behind the register had both registers open and was running two lines by himself.

  Me and my husband were waiting to board another flight and we decided on getting some breakfast. We. Have never had any issues before, but this morning was ridiculous. The line was long for no reason. It took over 15 minutes just to be helped. In the back I saw a young girl being yelled at and eventually I was helped by some woman named Evelin. She was rude! She was rushing us as we ordered and then calling out demands to those around her. The entire environment felt very hostile and I just feel bad for the rest of the employees. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I think the only one who treated me nice was someone who just started there. I run many businesses with my husband and I know this is not how I would run a company, if she is the manager then things need to change because the environment she is creating made it look like everyone was working in fear.
