  I got a large drinks and there was a tiny curly hair and I saw it was 2 boys at the window I mean it was outside of the cup I love dunkin but lately, the Dunkin in Bentonville hasn’t been hitting the same

  I will never come back. Ordered 1 cold brew and 2 doughnuts. I waited 45 minutes, watched 8 people come in after me, order, and get their order. I finally asked how much longer, only to discover my order was sitting on the counter mixed in with other orders, but had just been set down and ignored. Completely unimpressed.

  Stopped by this Dunkin for a dozen donuts ($15) and left with mixed feelings and a slightly confused sweet tooth. The selection was pretty solid with a nice variety to choose from, so no complaints there. However, a few of the donuts tasted a bit drier and less flavorful than what I usually expect. Tried calling ahead three times a few minutes before arriving, but the phone just rang into the void, so much for planning ahead. When I got there, it was surprisingly quiet, only one other family inside and no one in the drive-thru, yet service still felt slower than expected.   It’s a good Dunkin. I really don’t have any major complaints. Sometimes they make an order slightly wrong but it’s not super often. Bring back the marshmallow cold foam!
