  We had to wait 20 minutes for 2 meals. They wasn’t busy. They have forgotten about are food when we went back up there like hello you see me standing here . Ontop of that the food was cold and the meat tasted nasty.the tables was all dirty. Not kid friendly . They was cursing a storm in there !

  On Wednesday, January 21st, at 12pm., I visited a drive-thru where the male attendant seemed extremely rushed for some reason. I could tell he wasn't really listening because when I ordered a 10-piece nugget, he asked what size even before I finished saying "nugget." When I ordered a #1 value meal, I was trying to tell him no tomatoes, and he asked what drink I wanted. Not once did he let me finish what I was saying. When I ordered a baked potato, it felt like he thought because I was telling him what I wanted on it instead of using the menu names, he felt he had to educate me. Overall, even though the customer isn't always right, most of us just want to get something quick and get back to our day. And we are the customers! Try running your business without us. Ordering low-quality meals from Wendy's shouldn't be stressful at all. I don't want to hear how hard it is to find good people, because Chick-fil-A finds them. Raise your standards and your team's standards.
