  I waited forever in line and then when I ordered my meal they had me pull forward and then they gave the people behind me it took them half an hour to get to my meal

  This one young man named Kvontae served me on 03/16/26. He was very charming and nice to my and my family, i ordered a sweet tea, big mac, and some fries. he came out and handed me my food and had small talk. Thank you Kvontae!

  Literally took over 20 minutes to get a McMuffin. After I got my food and got home I opened it to find no sausage on a sausage egg and cheese muffin but a round egg a folded egg and piece of cheese. Like really? How hard is it to read a screen and put a piece of sausage on a SAUSAGE McMuffin. I then tried to call the store at least 8 times and got no answer just voicemail. This place is the definition of horrible.

  They really shouldn’t have special needs employees working during RUSH HOUR!!! It’s very frustrating. She kept getting orders mixed up and customers were cursing her out. And she really started messing up and it’s 1130am on a Sunday!!! No one in the back was trying to help her and she was getting visibly upset. She was the only one working the cash register. Face started turning red. I will definitely skip this location in the future. Poor customer service!!!

  They were rude to us about some SAUCE as if it affects their pay😒 Food is obviously good, but my husband was grabbing some extra sauce for me because it was out on the counter. Why ask for them to do it when they’re busy with another customer? Yeah exactly what we were thinking. Walking out my husband goes “thank you God bless” and we hear “Next time ask!” Over 2 ranch sauce packets…. We just walked out they didn’t even say have nice day or nothing just straight ugly character over some sauce🙄 I never write reviews so I decided to start today after I was taken aback. And McDonald’s if you have some stupid rule about the amount of sauces that a customer can have y’all as a company have way too much money to be acting like that.
