The associates are more concerned with gossiping and chatting with each other as well as customers, which holds up the line. I don’t mind a quick chat, but waiting 10+ minutes just so someone can finish their conversation is ridiculous. You’re at work - take care of your customers. Priorities are just not where they should be, and I am tired of wasting my hard earned money on bad service and disappointing coffee.

I also waited in line for 20 mins and it wasn’t super busy. The girls were cold so they kept hanging out inside to stay warm and my drink just sat there on the counter
