  As a former manager of a fast food chain I’m normally the first to give the benefit of the doubt however every time I visit this location, the manager on duty has the worst attitude, talks to people like they are dumb and just is overall not a very good look for DQ. Not Sure what level of management she is in but sure hope she isn’t the GM and if so corporate should do something about this! If you don’t like your job find a new one.

  I ordered my food last night at 5:46. My promise time was 5:58. I received my food at 6:50. The pretzels were rock solid, and the burger was a cold mess. Fries were cold and the chicken was subpar after i put it in the oven. When i called the store around 6:30 to check on my order I was told they were on the way with it by staff. Nothing changed on the delivery app. I called delivery support after around 6:40 and was told to read the updated delivery time. I just want to say. It’s pretty damn easy to read a delivery time. You know what’s not easy? Remaking food because of mistakes made to make sure a guest gets consistent service and far better service than whatever that was. I am following up for a full refund that should have been automatic. Any food sitting for that long should have been remade immediately and sent back out.

  Took a second chance coming here, and let me tell you the wait for food is completely awful. One person ordered besides me, and right before me. Twenty minutes later and still waiting on food. I have never ever seen a Dairy Queen take so long for food. Nor be this slow. Same thing last time I came in August or September of 2025. Friendly, but very slow. I've been to the two Dairy Queens in Texarkana and they can serve a full room of people before this place serves one. It's wild to me. Honestly the only reason for two stars is friendly people, and the food is good. The blizzard prices are crazy compared to other dqs as well. I don't think I will come back. I've never. A Dairy Queen so slow, and with like no one there either. The other two stay packed. Not this one.

  Didn’t have chicken two weeks in a row canceled order and still haven’t gotten my refund and it’s been quite a few days manager didn’t know how. Ice cream already melted from my mobile order. I will not be going here again

  The food is decent but the drive thru is absolutely horrible. I should not have to wait 20+ minutes for a cheeseburger.
