  Second review. I went back to order a meal. Owner assured me in another review they’re working on how they treat customers and it’s no different. The order takers are angry, argue with the customer and raise their voice at you. when you bring it up to the manager they say it’s just the intercom and try to belittle you about taking offense in a mocking demeanor. There is a reason why this sonic has the lowest review in Boone county and it’s because the workers hate their jobs and push that negativity off on their customers.

  Ordered a drink with flavoring. Let the girl know the drink is wrong. The girl proceeded to raise her voice at me telling me she didn’t make it. Asked for a manager and let them know about that. Manager couldn’t understand I was complaining about the worker raising her voice at me and not the fact that the drink was wrong. The guy that works there that treats you decent “yes sir” “sorry about the wait sir” is their best worker.

  The food has GREATLY improved in the evenings/nights the last few months. Burgers are fresh, full of flavor, and made to specifications. Whatever you guys are doing, is working! It's been wonderful to eat there.
