  I haven't been to a sonic in years, maybe over a decade. They have stepped it up since I ate here last.

  There is no atmosphere, its a drive in. But the variations are limitless.

  This review is not about Sonic location but about the service with their web app. I placed one order on Feb 14 and the app led me to believe that it didnt go through. I placed a 2nd order and then realized the the 1st order went through. I asked them to not fill the second order and asked for a refund. They said they cant refund and to call the number on the receipt. I have called them two times and as of today, Feb. 20th, I have not received any confirmation or status update from corporate headquarters. The app is flawed and use with caution when the app says an order couldnt go through or be confirmed. Check your email account and confirm checkin through the order confirmation sent.

  How can this Sonic always be so bad. All of our food was cold and we had to take the rotten tasty vegetables off our cheeseburgers. I gave it a 2 because the cold burgers were ok once we got the freezer burned tasting vegetables off. They looked like they had seen better days. The tater tots were mushy but my cheddar peppers were cold and hard. How long do you have to let a jalapeño popper sit to get the cheese to become rock hard? I don’t know but this Sonic does. I can’t figure out how to put photos on here but I want everyone to see how bad this was.
