This time in particular they didn’t ask us if we needed a receipt and didn’t give us one. We get our food and the ranch we asked for and even reminded them at both windows was not in the bag. Our smoothie was barely filled. They got our burgers right this time though and they usually get that wrong so that was a plus at least.

When I pulled up I was the only one at the order kiosk and 2 people in front of me at the pay/pick up windows. Window 1 cashier, window 2 drink with maybe 4 ice cubes??? window 3 no one there?? She’s outside holding my order and thinking it went to the lady ahead of me. Then a bad attitude when I asked if she was positive that was my order. I was definitely disappointed that their customer service wasn’t better.

On top of that, the service was terrible. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested in helping, and they didn’t even get my order correct at the drive-thru window. I ordered 3 kids meals and got 2, It’s frustrating to pay for food and not get what you ordered, especially when the quality is already poor. Definitely not the experience I expected.
