Unfortunately, there were two teenagers inside who were vaping. They continued vaping and went into the bathroom together. We told the manager, but they didn't do anything; maybe they were friends, or who knows. Those teenagers left through the main door and walked away. McDonald's is a family place. They shouldn't put people at risk.

I’m a McDouble connoisseur. I’ve enjoyed the good ones, tolerated the bad ones, and powered through the 'questionable' ones. But this? This was a culinary anomaly. It managed to be bone-dry and rock-hard while simultaneously being soggy and dripping in all the wrong places. It was majestically inedible—a literal paradox between two buns.
The Math: * -6 stars for failing the basic 'is this food?' test.
+1 star because the staff was actually lovely (they clearly didn't know what the kitchen was brewing).
+2 stars for the sheer level of expertise required to make something this impressively terrible. It takes talent to defy the laws of physics like this

I waited over 20 minutes on my food while drive thru got there orders out ,the rest of the employees were just standing around,this place smells sour like a old bar ,then when you do get your food it's cold or overcooked,I would go anywhere else but this McDonald's

Okay so I love frappes. Especially the caramel ones. Well I had my husband run to McDonald's next to our house this morning. Tell me why they only filled it up this high? I have NEVER gotten a frappe back like this. I have went to the McDonald's in Searcy McDonald's and they look better than this. Even with a large. Plus the ones there are a lot nicer I noticed than here in Beebe. I really don't understand why it was such a problem to ask if the frappe machine was working today. Literally I have been told by an ex employee that like he said, they only say that because the workers are lazy and don't want to make frappes for the days. Literally I've been told this by others.

Stopped by to use the restroom and ordered an iced coffee as I was driving through Beebee. I didn't know they were running a special so the drink was much cheaper than I expected. But I and the two other customers inside had to wait a long time compared to the drive though customers, as they didn't seem to have anyone dedicated to the counter inside. There was an indicator showing pending orders which apparently didn't show us inside folks at all. The woman tending us was apologetic when my coffee finally arrived.
This must be a new refresh for McDonald's, as everything was spiffy and shiny looking. LOTS of video ordering kiosks, but since all I was getting was a drink and I wanted to pay cash, I didn't use one. I don't go to McDonald's much, and their video kiosks are frankly kind of a turn off to me.
