  I have gave them multiple chances and tonight was the end. How can you mess up a simple salad.

  They have a hard time following directions On the app. Usually when I order 2 sandwiches they mix and match ingredients on each sandwich. Happens everytime. It’s shouldn’t be as difficult as they make it.

  I typically order In the app because my lunch break is limited. Placed a mobile order today, and put in the notes to “please put the dressing on the side”. When I picked my order up, I asked if it was in the side, the girl at the window asked another girl, and I got attitude. When I handed her my bag back, she snatched it and slammed the window. She quickly made another sandwich, opened the window- pushed the bag into my hand and closed the window before I could say “thank you” or anything else. I got back to work and it’s missing half the toppings. The attitudes in the Allen Chapel Store were awful today.
