The past few times I have ordered a pizza, though, the whole store has been chaos whenever I go to pick it up. EXTREMELY LONG wait times (like over an hour to pick up one medium pizza I ordered online), staff standing around in the store, but most of them not doing anything. Pizza orders backed up for miles with angry customers in the lobby having waited hours to pick up their pizza, and yet still I was watching and only saw about 1 pizza coming through the oven every 5 minutes or so!? Not sure where the bottleneck in their system is, but they really need to get that sorted. If they truly have that many orders those pizzas should be coming out of the oven one right after another and every worker should be hopping! With all that being said, the pizza still tasted good. I just really don't understand the sudden change in timing and process. It would help A LOT if they got the app functioning better so that it at least shows more accurate wait times and shows estimated wait times BEFORE I place my order.
